We are based in Nagpur, right in the Gopal Nagar area. Our office is inside the "Sindhukrupa" Apartment building, specifically at Plot No. 72 in the SBI Colony. It’s a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, which is a nice change from the loud main roads of the city. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we usually have the curtains drawn and the air conditioning or a good cooler running full blast. The office for Vishvaraj Housing Co. Pvt. Ltd. is basically a converted apartment space. We have maps of different housing layouts spread across the tables and plenty of coffee rings on the paperwork. There are a lot of bank employees and retired folks living nearby, so the atmosphere is generally very calm. We spend our mornings responding to messages and our afternoons out at the building sites checking on the progress of the walls and roofs. It’s a lot of physical work and constant checking of measurements. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the construction side of things and try to keep everything moving forward as best as we can. Our desks are a bit of a mess with blueprints and ledger books, but we know exactly where everything is. It's a practical, local business run by people who live right here. Every day is different, and we just deal with things as they come up.
