Viren Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Out here at Plot No. F-P-13 in the Midc Industrial Estate, things are a bit different than being in the middle of a town. It’s mostly factories and big warehouses, like the Morarjee Company which is right near us. Viren Foods Pvt. Ltd. has been operating in Butibori for some time now, and the environment is very much an industrial one. It’s hot, loud, and there are always trucks moving around on the roads. Our day usually starts pretty early to avoid the worst of the afternoon heat, which can get quite intense under the metal roofs of these buildings. We spend a lot of time on the floor, checking on the food products and making sure the packaging is handled correctly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and it keeps a lot of people busy. The office is just a small corner of the building where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens out in the back where the actual goods are stored and moved. We don’t really have customers just walking in off the street because of where we are located, so it’s more about the scheduled pickups and the big shipments. There’s a certain routine to life in the MIDC, with the shift changes and the sirens from the other plants. We just fit into that cycle and do our part to keep the food moving out to where it needs to go. It’s practical, hard work every day, and we just keep going.
