We've been around Plot No -201 at Mauli Niwas for a while now. Most people know the spot on City-Sara Road near Karawadi. Being in Satara means we deal with a lot of different buildings. It's mostly about keeping things running. Some days involve checking plumbing or fixing lights, and other days it's just making sure the gates are working. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space here in Mauli Niwas. The team is local. We grew up around this district. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when several things break at once in one of the facilities. We just get our tools and head out. Managing a property takes a lot of time and patience. We see a lot of people coming and going. It’s not just about the big jobs; even the small leaks or messy corners need someone to look at them. Satara can get busy, so we try to stay on top of the schedule. We know most of the neighbors on City-Sara Road. If you pass by Karawadi, you'll see where we are. It’s a quiet enough area most mornings. We spend most of our time out at the sites anyway. It feels good to see a place looking better after we’ve spent the day there. Just normal folks doing the work that needs doing. That's really all there is to Vimal Group Facilities Management.
