If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Arafat Hotel in the Itwari area. The office is near the Sai Mandir on Central Avenue Road, which is a very busy part of Nagpur. There is always a lot of activity with people going to the temple or visiting the markets nearby. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, focusing on the construction and making of homes. It is a bit of a walk through the narrow lanes sometimes, but that is just part of the charm of Itwari. Our space is filled with blueprints and site photos taped to the walls. We aren't the type to have a fancy reception area with free coffee. Instead, we have a few desks and a lot of talk about cement, bricks, and timelines. The weather in Nagpur can be tough on building sites, especially in the summer heat, so we spend a lot of time coordinating how to get things done when it is too hot to move. We work with local laborers and suppliers we have known for years. It is a community-based way of doing business. People trust us because we are from here and we understand how people in Nagpur like their houses to be built. We just take one project at a time and try to make sure the families who move in are happy with the walls and the roof over their heads.
