We are located at H No 1541 in Ganjare Layout. It is right behind Karuna Ashram here in Ward B03. If you know the area, Pushpa Vasantrao Randive’s place is easy to find. Most days it is quiet around here. People from the neighborhood stop by. We started Vidharbh Mahila Gruh Udhyog Vikas Nidhilimited because there was a need for a local place for people to handle their small finances. We sit in the office and go through paperwork. Sometimes the heat is a bit much but we have fans running. The street outside gets some traffic when folks head to the ashram. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular room with desks and chairs. We keep the registers updated and talk to anyone who walks in. It feels like a community spot more than a bank. The address is simple to remember once you see the layout. We have been here for a while now. Most of us grew up around this part of town. We know the faces of the people who live in the surrounding houses. It makes the work feel more personal. There is no rush here. We take our time to explain things to the aunties and the shopkeepers who come in. Just a local business trying to keep things moving for everyone in Ganjare Layout.
