We are located on Hingna Road in Nagpur, specifically at the IC Chowk. Our office is set up with Dr. R.V. Patil, which is a spot most locals in this part of town can find without much trouble. Hingna Road is always moving, with a lot of construction and people headed to work. We have been operating as builders and developers from this small office for quite a while now. It is a simple place with a few desks and some old cabinets where we keep all the site plans. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so we usually have the fan blowing at full speed while we work through the paperwork. Half the time, the office is empty because we are out at the sites checking on the progress of the buildings. We handle the usual headaches like getting materials delivered and making sure the workers have what they need. There is no front desk person here, so if you walk in, you just talk to whoever is sitting there. We are a small team and we have known each other for years. We don't spend any time on fancy decorations or big company meetings. We just look at the jobs we have, figure out the costs, and get to work. It is a practical life, and we are happy just being part of the local community here in Nagpur.
