Van Vaibhav Minerals

Down here at Khasra No:-48/1 in the Midc area of Khapri, we run Van Vaibhav Minerals. We are tucked away near the Neon Project, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. Dealing with minerals is dusty work, and there is always something that needs sorting or moving. We spend most of our time out in the yard or near the equipment. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us have dirt on our boots by nine in the morning. We take the raw materials and do what needs to be done with them. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Khapri, but we’ve got our routine down. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a mineral business. We have trucks coming in and out throughout the day, bringing stuff from the mines or taking it away to wherever it's going next. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them, which is just part of the life. We've been at this location for a while and we know the neighbors around the industrial area. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on the rocks and the minerals and making sure the weights are right on the scales before the trucks head back out onto the main road. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a lot of work to do.
