We are pretty close to the Rahul Library, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the building for the first time. Life sciences sounds like a big, complicated thing but for us, it’s just the daily work we do every morning. We’ve got our routine down now. The office is located in a decent part of Maharashtra, and Nagpur has been our home for a long time. It gets quite hot in the summers here, so the fans are always going. We do a lot of lab-related stuff and office work combined. It’s not always glamorous. There are a lot of boxes and papers around most of the time. Mohan Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We have a small team here and everyone knows each other well. We don’t really go for those big corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job in the science field every single day.
