Unifreight India Pvt Ltd is located in Nagpur, over in Ganesh Nagar. The office is actually at Vivek Shrawaney’s place, c/o G K Mahajan at house 239. We are quite close to Mahavir Nagar, which is a landmark most people use to find us since the street numbers can be a bit confusing sometimes. Working in freight in a city like Nagpur means dealing with a lot of heat, especially during those summer months when the air feels like a furnace. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on where the trucks are. It is not a glamorous job. The office is filled with old files, a couple of computers that have seen better days, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of logistics stuff, which mostly means solving problems when a truck gets a flat tire or a shipment is delayed for some reason. Everyone here just wears casual clothes and we talk to each other like family because we have worked together for so long. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some giant international corporation. We are just a local team in Nagpur trying to move goods across the country. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and keep moving. That is how it works here.
