We handle the RMC side of things for the Aditya Birla Group here in Nagpur. Our office is actually inside Godawari Apartment, specifically Flat Number 14. It is located in Kachore Patil Nagar, right off Wardha Road. Satyamoorti Ramanathan is the person in charge of this branch. Being in an apartment building means it is not your typical corporate office setup, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating ready-mix concrete deliveries for all the construction happening around the city. Nagpur is growing fast, and Wardha Road is always busy with traffic, which makes our logistics a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We have to make sure the trucks leave at the right time so the mix doesn't sit for too long before it is poured. It is a lot of practical, everyday work.
