Our office is tucked away in the YMCA Complex, right across from Eternity Mall. If you are in Sitabuldi, you know how hectic Variety Square can get. It is always crowded with people and cars. We are at C-13. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our team to sit and handle the travel arrangements for people coming here for medical reasons. We spend most of the day talking to patients or their families. They call us with a lot of questions about hospitals and where to stay. It can be a bit stressful because people are often worried about their health. We try to give them clear answers without making things more complicated than they already are. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a lot of folders piled up on the desks. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon. It is an honest job. We don’t have a big marketing team; we just do the work from this small spot in the complex. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet slows down, but we find a way to make it work. It’s just a regular office life here in Nagpur. Most of us live nearby and walk or take a rickshaw to get to the square.
