This is the XPS division of Transport Corporation Of India Ltd. You can find us at C-12, 13, and 14 in Wardhman Nagar. We are located right on Bhandara Road in Nagpur. It’s a big space because we need the room for all the activity and storage. Nagpur gets very hot, especially in the summer, so the office is always trying to stay cool with some old air conditioners. We’ve got plenty of space for the trucks to come in, which is good because Bhandara Road is a major route with lots of traffic. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure the manifests are sorted out correctly. We don’t have any corporate fluff in our descriptions of the business. We are just a group of people working in a transport hub. There’s always the smell of diesel and the sound of heavy engines nearby. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, with the sound of keyboards and people chatting about their day. We have a big map on the wall that’s a bit outdated and dusty, but we still use it sometimes to point things out. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t use marketing language because we don’t really need to. People in the area know where we are and what we do. We drink a lot of water and tea to get through the long shifts. It’s just a basic transport office where the work never really stops.
