Our office is right on the Palam Gurgaon Road, not far from the Shiv Ashram. If you see the Bajrang Service Station, you’re pretty much there. We share the space near the Associated Road Carrier building. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon with a lot of trucks and cars constantly passing by. We handle the supply chain side of things for the Transport Corporation of India. The air is always a bit thick with exhaust from the road, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s mostly desks, telephones, and a lot of logbooks. We spend our time figuring out routes and making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go. It gets loud sometimes because of the traffic outside, so we have to speak up. There’s no fancy lobby here. It’s a working office where people are always coming in with delivery notes. We’ve got a small crew who knows the roads in and out of Delhi and Gurgaon like the back of their hands. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic is backed up for miles. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of coordination and hoping the trucks don't have any breakdowns. We keep some extra chairs for the drivers when they need a break. It’s just how we do things here, keeping the wheels turning day after day without much fuss or any complicated rules.
