We are based out of Indira Awas Colony in Rewa. It’s a quiet spot, House Number 1. Most people here know us for the construction work we do around the district. Being in Madhya Pradesh, the landscape is different from the big cities. We focus on getting roads and basic structures put up. It’s just a small team of us working out of this house-turned-office. We spend a lot of time out in the field because you can’t manage a site from a desk. The roads around here can be tough, so we stay busy trying to improve things. It’s not a glamorous job, just lots of dust and long hours. We get our supplies locally when we can. Sometimes it takes a while for parts to arrive, which can be frustrating. We know the neighbors well and try not to make too much noise. The heat in Rewa is no joke, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People just call us because they know we've been around for a while. We keep things simple. There is always a lot of paperwork to file with the local offices, so someone is usually stuck behind a desk while the rest are out. It’s just a regular life here, doing what needs doing for the infrastructure in our little corner of the world.
