We've been over here at Plot 66 in Urvila Colony for a while now. It’s Flat No. 1(A) in the Anand App building, right near Pragati Bhavan. Most people know the Chhatarpati Chowk area well. We handle construction and development stuff in Nagpur-15. It isn't a huge operation, just us working on local projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with blueprints and tea cups, but that's just how we work. We started out small and stayed that way because we like knowing who we are talking to. If you walk past the chowk, you've probably seen our spot. We just get on with the building work, dealing with the daily grind like everyone else in this part of town. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, or materials take a day longer to arrive, but we keep at it. It's just a bunch of us trying to make sure the houses and flats we work on are solid. No fancy talk here, just a lot of dust on our boots and some pens that always seem to go missing when we need to sign something. We’ve been part of this Nagpur neighborhood for a good stretch of time. The traffic near Chhatarpati Chowk can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We keep our tools ready and just focus on the next brick or the next wall. There's always something to fix or a plan to redraw. It's honest work for us.
