Telecare Services

We’ve set up Telecare Services over at Flat No. 201 in the Sakar Enclave building. It’s located on Plot No. 127 right along WHC Road in Shankar Nagar, Nagpur. It’s a pretty central location here in Maharashtra, so we’re right in the middle of things. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or dealing with the technical side of things. Shankar Nagar is a lively area, and being on WHC Road means there's always people and cars passing by outside. Inside, it's just us and our equipment. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s a working office, plain and simple. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors in Sakar Enclave are used to us being around. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without any unnecessary delays. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any corporate manuals telling us how to talk to people; we just speak normally and try to fix whatever needs fixing. It’s a local operation, run by people who live in the area. We like it that way. If you’re ever walking down WHC Road near Shankar Nagar, that’s where you’ll find our little spot tucked away on the second floor.
