Tawde Multispeciality Hopsital

Our hospital is right at Tiwari Square in Avadhutwadi. If you know the area, you know it’s a spot where people are always passing through. Tawde Multispeciality Hospital isn't one of those glass-and-steel buildings. It’s a practical place that has grown over time. Being at Tiwari Square means we see a lot of different people every day. Some just stop in because they live around the corner. We have different sections for different medical needs, so there is always a lot of walking back and forth between rooms. The nurses are usually busy chatting or checking charts near the main desk. It gets a little chaotic sometimes when several people arrive at once, but we manage. The building has its own character, with some old windows and a lobby that stays cool even when it's hot outside. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on the patients who come through the door. Avadhutwadi is a hardworking neighborhood and we feel like we fit right in. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get through the day and help the folks who are hurting or sick. The square is always noisy with rickshaws and motorbikes, but once you step inside, it’s just the usual hospital smells and sounds. It’s a simple, honest place to work and we’ve been here a long time now.
