If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Badule Flour Mill in Nagpur. It is a very specific spot in the Garoba Maidan area, near Kapse Chowk. We are actually set up at Manohar Kumbhare’s place. It’s a local neighborhood vibe, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the main city centers. You can usually smell the grain being ground across the street, which is just part of the daily routine for us now. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so our office is a bit of a refuge from the sun. We spend our mornings catching up on whatever came in the day before and our afternoons making sure the paperwork is all in order. There are a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks and we try to keep things as organized as possible despite the heat and the noise from the street. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that, just a door and some people who know what they are doing. Being near the flour mill means everyone knows where we are, so we don't have to explain the directions too much to anyone coming by. It is just a regular office doing regular things in a very busy part of Maharashtra.
