You can find us over at 3/4, right across from the Sindhi Hindi High School in Nagpur. Being in the Vidarbha Housing Board Colony in Panchpaoli gives our office a very local feel. We have been here for a good amount of time, managing various infrastructure projects from this location. Synergy Infra Managers Pvt. Ltd is not the kind of place that spends money on fancy advertising. We just have our office in a quiet part of the colony where we can actually think. Having the school nearby means it gets a bit lively in the mornings and afternoons, but the rest of the time it is a decent place to work. We are all from around Maharashtra, so we understand how things work in this part of the country. Our office setup is pretty basic with just the essentials. We don't have any complicated corporate structures or anything like that. We just manage the projects we are given and try to stay on top of the schedules. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it is a bit stressful, but we just deal with it. We don't use any fancy language or make big promises. We just work through our list of things to do and make sure the files are in order. It is just a regular group of people doing a regular job in a nice part of Nagpur.
