Construction is the kind of business where you are often out on the road, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the planning stages before we head to a site. We’ve been operating in Nagpur for a while now and we know the local scene pretty well. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's more of a tight group of us making sure the projects get finished on time. We don't believe in overcomplicating things. If a job needs doing, we find the best way to get it started and keep it moving along. Sometimes things get delayed because of weather or materials, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We don't have a big fancy storefront with lights. Most of our meetings happen over tea or right on the construction site where the real work happens. It’s a hands-on life. We handle the foundations, the walls, and everything in between. Nagpur is a growing city and there is always something new being built. We are glad to be a small part of that, just working from our flat and keeping the trucks moving.
