SWA HEMANTBHAU DIYEWAR URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our office for Swa Hemantbhau Diyewar Urban Nidhi Limited is located on the second floor of Plot Number 46 in Subhash Nagar. It’s right off Hingna Road, which is a busy area with a lot of movement. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus on the figures. We don't have an elevator, so it's a walk up the stairs for everyone. The office is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, some cupboards for the files, and a few fans to keep the air moving. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't trying to look like a corporate headquarters. We’re just a group of people handling the local Nidhi business. We spend our days checking documents and talking to people who come in from the surrounding parts of Nagpur. Some days are more hectic than others, especially at the end of the month. We just take it as it comes. There’s no point in stressing over things we can't control. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who walks in. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby. We just do the work that needs doing and head home at the end of the day. The parking out front can be a bit tight, but people usually find a spot.
