We are located on the 1st Floor at 147 A in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Even though our name, Surasani Construction And Developers, mentions Hyderabad, we are actually doing our work from here in Nagpur these days. It’s a bit of a funny situation but that’s just how the business expanded over time. Our office is up a flight of stairs and it’s always filled with the sounds of the city coming in through the windows. We focus on building and development projects, so we have a lot of maps and site plans pinned up on the walls. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some sturdy tables and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with crews and making sure the supplies are actually getting to the sites on time. Construction can be a headache with all the different regulations and the delays that always seem to pop up, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to show people what we can do. It’s a small team here in Nagpur, and we all wear many hats to keep things moving. Sometimes we are out in the field and sometimes we are stuck in the office doing paperwork. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know. We’re just regular people trying to build something solid.
