Sudatt Physiotherapy & Sliming Clinic

Our clinic is located at Shop No. 16 on the ground floor of the Parmanand Apartment building. We are over in the Indora area, right near Khobragade Hospital. Sudatt Physiotherapy & Sliming Clinic is not a very big space. It’s mostly just one large room divided by some curtains. We have a few treatment tables and some weights and bands for the exercises. The walls are a simple blue color, and we have a small desk near the door for scheduling. Because we are in an apartment building, we see a lot of the people who live right upstairs. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than a medical facility. There is usually the smell of Tiger Balm or some other heating rub in the air. We don't have fancy electronic machines for everything. A lot of the work is just hands-on stuff and showing people how to stretch. It can get a bit noisy when the kids are playing in the apartment courtyard outside. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we are doing. We keep a simple logbook for appointments. Sometimes we run a bit late if a session takes longer than expected. It’s a humble place, but it’s where we work every day to help people move a bit better. We’ve been here in Indora for a while.
