Subham Polymers Ltd is located out in J-21, MIDC, on Hingna Road. If you’ve ever driven through this part of Nagpur, you know it’s mostly factories and heavy trucks. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. The air is usually thick with the smell of industrial work, and there’s always some machine humming in the background. It isn't the quietest place to work, but it’s where things get made. Our building is a standard industrial setup, nothing too flashy. We have our regulars who drop by, mostly drivers and suppliers. The summer heat here can be pretty brutal, especially inside the sheds, so we keep the fans going all day. We deal with polymers, so there is a lot of plastic around in different forms. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines act up and how to fix them. It’s a straightforward life. We start early to beat the worst of the sun and wrap up when the shift ends. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people working with materials and making sure the orders are ready to go out on the trucks. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office rugs because this is a working factory site. It’s practical, dusty, and busy most of the time. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
