Steradian Lighting Pvt Ltd is located over in Ramdaspeth at the Aashirwad Complex. We are up in room 316. It is a busy commercial building with a lot of different offices, so there is always people coming and going in the hallways. Our space is tucked away on the third floor. It’s not huge, but it is enough for the few of us who work here every day. We handle all the administrative stuff and the sales for the lighting business from this office. Ramdaspeth is a good area to be in, even if finding a parking spot near the complex can be a nightmare most mornings. Inside the office, we have rows of files and a few sample lights set up so we can show people what we are talking about. It’s a pretty casual atmosphere. We don’t really go in for the formal corporate vibe. We usually just have the radio on in the background while we go through the emails and phone calls. Sometimes the building's lift is slow, so we get a bit of a workout walking up. We've been here for a while now and most of the other tenants in Aashirwad know us. We just keep to ourselves mostly and focus on making sure the lighting orders are processed correctly and sent out on time. It is just a normal office life for us here in Nagpur. We usually close up early on Saturdays to get a head start on the weekend.
