This branch is located in Umrer, which is in the Nagpur district of Maharashtra. We are set up near the Old Bus Stand, right by the H.P. Petrol Pump and the Adarsh Restorant. The office is care of P. K. Upadhyay. Even though the company has a big name like Ssangyong Engg. & Con. Co. Ltd, Korea, our daily life here is very local. We are working on engineering and construction projects in this part of India. It’s a lot of coordination with the local workers and making sure materials get to the site on time. Umrer is a busy little place, and being near the bus stand means there is always noise and movement around us. We aren't sitting in some fancy high-rise. We are on the ground, dealing with the heat and the dust like everyone else. We spend a lot of time at the sites and then come back to the office near the petrol pump to check our logs. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff in how we talk. We just need to get the buildings or the roads done. Sometimes we have to wait on approvals or supplies, but that’s just the nature of the work. People in the area see us around a lot. We are just a team trying to finish the jobs we started. It’s hard work but we keep going.
