Up in the Gittikadhan Layout area of Pratapnagar, that's where our office is located. We are specifically at M. Sundararajan 103, inside the Utkarsh Uday building. Since we've been here, this part of Nagpur has changed quite a bit. To be honest, the office isn't much to look at. It's just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to various job sites. Infrastructure work involves a lot of coordination, so we spend a lot of time on our mobiles or sitting around the big table looking at blueprints. Because the neighborhood is mostly quiet, it’s easy to focus when we have to look at the numbers. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day. Usually, it’s just boots and jeans because we’re often going back and forth to where the actual building is happening. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a project. We handle the day-to-day stuff here, from paying the bills to figuring out why a machine isn't working. It’s a lot of practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the printer jams or the tea runs out, but we keep going. We've been in this layout for some time now and the neighbors know us. We try to stay out of the way and just do our jobs. It's a steady life and we like being part of the local scene.
