Our company, Soni Polymers Pvt Ltd, is located at 74, Shriniketan in the Ramdaspeth area. Ramdaspeth is a bit more settled and quiet than some of the industrial zones, but we still keep a very busy schedule. Shriniketan is where we run everything from. It is a solid building that has served us well as our main base. We deal with polymers, which means we are often knee-deep in technical specs and supply chain issues. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a place where we can sit down and get the work done. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job inside out. The morning starts with going through the night’s emails and checking on the production status. Because we are in a more residential-commercial mix of a neighborhood, we try to keep things relatively organized and tidy around the premises. It is a bit of a contrast to the heavy industrial work we are actually involved in. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the polymers and making sure the deliveries go where they are supposed to go. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed despite the workload. We just do our thing, keep our heads down, and make sure the business stays on track from our little corner of Shriniketan. It gets busier toward the end of the month, but that is normal.
