We are located at 367 Hb Estate (annex) right on Khamla Road in Soneagon. If you’re looking for us, we are quite near the Shiv Mandir, so you can usually hear the bells when there’s a ceremony going on. Lakshmi Sales Corporation is where we keep all our inventory stacked up, sometimes right up to the ceiling when a big shipment arrives. The shop floor is usually a bit crowded with boxes, and we have to move things around just to let people walk through. It gets pretty hot during the summer months because the sun hits the front of the building for most of the day. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the neighbors all know us by name. We deal with a lot of local folks who come in needing things for their homes or their own small businesses. Sometimes the delivery truck gets blocked by the traffic on Khamla Road, which causes a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned to be patient with it. There isn't any big corporate structure here, just a few of us handling the sales and keeping the books in order. We use an old ledger and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. It’s a simple way to earn a living, being part of the Sonegaon community and seeing the same faces every week.
