We are located right at Ward No. 2 on Station Road in Khaperkheda. That’s in the Saoner Taluka of the Nagpur district. It’s a very local spot. If you’re around the station area, you’ve probably walked past our building a few times without even thinking about it. The office is a basic building. We don't have any marble floors or big glass walls. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the morning to plan out the day. Being near the station means it can get pretty loud with the trains passing and the people moving about on the platform. We’ve grown to like the energy of the place though. We handle our infrastructure work from here. Most of the people working in this office are from the nearby villages or from Nagpur city itself. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do for the day. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the maps and engineering plans lying around on the desks. But we know where everything is when we need it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the ongoing projects. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local office doing what needs to be done. If you see us at the tea stall, that’s just us taking a break.
