We’ve been running Bothra Electricals out of the Shree Krishna Market for a good while now. Our shop is on the first floor, right in the Modi No. 3 area of Sitabuldi. If you’ve ever been to Sitabuldi, you know how packed and noisy it gets, but we like the energy. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway can be a little dark sometimes, but we’re easy enough to find. We mainly stock things like wires, switches, and those everyday electrical items people need for their homes. We aren't some big fancy showroom with bright lights and air conditioning. It’s just a practical space where we keep our inventory. My cousin and I handle everything, from unloading boxes to helping customers find the right fuse. Sometimes the shop is a bit cluttered because new stock arrives before we’ve sold the old stuff. We don't really do much advertising. Most people who come here are regulars from the neighborhood or people who were told about us by their friends. We just try to keep the basics in stock so no one leaves empty-handed. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the market. We stay open pretty late because that's when most people realize they have a light out at home. If you're looking for us, just head up to the first floor. Look for the door with the wire coils around it. Most days are just about organizing and selling. It keeps us busy.
