Simba Innovations

Our team at Simba Innovations is based out of Vanjari Bhawan in the Mahadulla area of Koradi, Nagpur. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city center, but it’s where we do our thing. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some tables and chairs where we try to come up with new ideas. Nagpur is known for being very hot, and our building definitely feels it in the afternoons. We have a couple of air conditioners that struggle to keep up when the sun is really beating down. We call ourselves an innovation company, but mostly that just means we spend a lot of time experimenting and seeing what works. Sometimes we have a great idea and other times we spend a whole week on something that turns out to be useless. That’s just part of the process. We are a small group and we’ve all known each other for a while. There isn't a lot of formality here; we just show up in casual clothes and get to work. Being in Koradi, we see a lot of the local traffic and the daily grind of the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just try to build things and solve problems as they come up. It’s a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the occasional excitement when a project actually goes right.
