Silver Hawk Systems Software Technologies is basically us working out of Flat 202 in Goverdhan Apartment. We are located in Manish Nagar. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical tech company at all. We started in this apartment and we just stayed here because it works for us. There are no cubicles or glass conference rooms. Just some powerful computers and a lot of cables running across the floor. We spend our time writing code and fixing bugs. It’s a quiet life for the most part. Since we are in an apartment, we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us who really know software. Manish Nagar is a nice area to work in because it’s not as loud as the main city center. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years. We do a lot of our thinking over coffee in the small kitchen area. It’s an informal way to run a software company, but we get the job done. Sometimes we work late into the night when a project is due. It’s just how we operate. We like the flexibility of being a small, local team in a regular apartment building. It’s simple, quiet, and we get our coding done every day. We don't need a fancy office to do good work.
