We are located at 1/5, HIG in the NIT Colony area of Atrey Layout, which is part of Pratap Nagar here in Nagpur. It's a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually like. Our office is where we handle all the details for people looking to go on trips. We spend a lot of time on the phone or computer, checking prices and looking at different destinations. It’s a regular office setup, nothing too grand. We started this because we liked the idea of helping neighbors and locals get away for a bit. Nagpur is home for us, so being in Pratap Nagar feels right. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know how to navigate the booking systems. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during school holidays. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure no one’s booking gets lost. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking dates. We aren't a big chain, just a local private limited company trying to do right by our customers. The office is usually filled with brochures and maps, though most things are digital now. We still keep some papers around though. It feels more real that way. People from the colony often drop by just to ask a quick question about a flight or a train. We just give them the facts.
