We are up on the second floor of Vitrag Apartment, which is in the Nandanwan area of Nagpur. It is a decent spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Being a construction company, we are hardly ever all in the office at the same time. Usually, someone is out at a site or picking up materials somewhere in Maharashtra. The office is number 202. It is filled with blueprints, old coffee cups, and stacks of bills that need paying. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so the fan is always running at full speed in the afternoons. We have been doing this for a while now. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best prices on sand and bricks. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on progress. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. We just sit around the table and figure out the schedule for the week. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or a truck breaks down, and we just have to deal with it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice after a long day on a noisy construction site. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes. There is always a lot to do but we manage to stay on top of the most important things each day.
