Shivamrut Foundation

Shivamrut Foundation is based at House No. 392 in Rampeth. We are in the Juni Mangalwari area of Nagpur. This is an old part of the city, and we have been here for years. The house is where we do all our planning. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it feels like home to us. Nagpur is a big city, but Rampeth has that old-school neighborhood feeling where people still look out for each other. We know the people at the corner shops and the families down the street. We started this foundation to help out with local issues that bigger groups usually ignore. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of social media experts. It’s just us, sitting around the table in House 392. We handle a lot of different things, whatever comes our way really. Some days it is helping a neighbor with paperwork, other days it is something bigger. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that is not who we are. We are just regular people from Nagpur trying to be useful to those around us. The office is usually a bit noisy because of the street outside, but we don’t mind the sound. It keeps us connected to what is happening. We have been in this spot for a long time and don’t plan on leaving. It is where we belong.
