Shiv Driving School

You can find our shop on Kamptee Road in Nagpur, right across from PWS College at Teka Naka. It is a very busy street, which is both a good and a bad thing for a driving school. On one hand, there is plenty of traffic for students to learn how to handle, but on the other hand, it can be quite stressful for the absolute beginners. We usually have them practice the basics in the side lanes before we bring them out onto the main road. Our office is a simple shopfront where we sit and wait for the next student to arrive. Because we are right opposite the college, we get a lot of young students who come in during their breaks or after their classes are finished for the day. We have a couple of cars that we keep in decent shape, though they have their fair share of scratches from people learning to park. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing us when they pass by. It is a lot of sitting and watching, making sure the student doesn't do anything dangerous and explaining the road signs over and over again. It is a straightforward job and we have been doing it this way for quite a few years now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually spend our short breaks while waiting for the next lesson to start.
