Our office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. is pretty basic. We’ve got what we need to manage our projects, and not much else. There aren't any flashy signs or high-tech gadgets in the lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out budgets and schedules. The team here is mostly local, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know how the heat in Nagpur can slow things down, so we plan around it as best as we can. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we’re all a bit tired by the end of the week. We don't talk much about our vision or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the concrete is poured right and the walls are straight. It’s simple, honest work. We have a lot of regulars who stop by for a chat or to discuss a small detail on a plan. We like the community feel of this neighborhood.
