Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd

Down in Balajinagar, we’ve got a space at Plot No. 18 in the Bhalchandra Apartments. It’s right on Manewada Road here in Nagpur. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve got our office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd running from one of the units. It’s a bit tight when we have the whole team in for a meeting, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to us by now. We try not to make too much noise, though sometimes the phone won't stop ringing. Manewada Road is always crowded, so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle during rush hour. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. The office isn't decorated with anything fancy, just some calendars and project photos. We have a small table where we keep the coffee pot. It’s a simple setup for a team that cares more about the building sites than having a perfect office. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just how things go. We’ve been in this part of Nagpur for a while and like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s practical and close to where we need to be. No big corporate vibes here, just us doing our daily jobs.
