We are located at Ab-204 in the Nit Complex, right across from Sanjivani Hospital at Medical Square. This is where the Shanti Industries Co and Sunflag Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. stuff happens. Nagpur is known for being the center of everything, and Untkhana feels right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of industrial catalogs lying around. We deal with iron and steel, so it’s a lot of heavy talk about weights and delivery schedules. It’s noisy outside with the traffic from the square, but we’re used to it by now. The team is a mix of older guys who’ve been in the industry for decades and some younger folks learning the ropes. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for everything. If there's a problem, we just shout across the room or walk over to the next person's desk to sort it out. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction and movement around the hospital area. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the factory side knows what the customers are asking for. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the tea guy is late and that’s the biggest drama of our day. We just want to get the orders right and keep things moving. We don't have time for fancy mission statements or anything like that, just steel.
