We are located in Sitabuldi, right near the Bank of Maharashtra Square in Nagpur. If you know Nagpur, you know Sitabuldi is where all the action is. Shah Chandak And Company is right in the middle of that buzz. The street is always crowded with shoppers and traffic, but once you step inside, it settles down a bit. Our office is practical. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers and documents. Being near the square makes it easy for people to find us, but the noise can be a lot sometimes. We are used to it by now. The workday is usually long because there is always something that needs finishing. We take a break for lunch when we can, often just getting something from the local shops nearby. It is a very grounded kind of place. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Nagpur gets very hot, so the coolers are always running in the summer months. It is just a regular group of people working hard in a busy part of town. There is nothing complicated about how we run things, we just show up and put in the hours every day.
