Sethi Batteries

We've been here at Gaddi Gudam for a long time now. It’s just a small place called Sethi Batteries where we handle battery work day in and day out. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the acid and lead lying around, but that is just part of the job. Most people around here know where we are because we’ve sat in this same spot for years. It isn’t a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for whoever needs help with their vehicle or home setup. Most of our days are spent checking voltages or cleaning terminals. Gaddi Gudam is a busy area, so there is always noise outside our door. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while waiting for a customer to drop by. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how these things work. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to pay the bills. When the power goes out in the neighborhood, we usually get a bit busier, which is how it goes. We try to keep things simple here. There are no big speeches about what we do. We just fix what needs fixing and hope the battery lasts a good long while for the person who bought it. That’s pretty much the whole story of Sethi Batteries.
