We’re over at Plot No. 18 in Bapu Nagar, just across from Bhande plot. If you're driving down Umred Road near Sakkardhara, that's where we are. The workshop is usually buzzing with the sound of tools or someone testing a motor. We handle electrical and engineering services, so things can get a bit messy with wires and grease. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby. It’s a place where work gets done. Most of the guys have been doing this for years and they know their way around a circuit board. We started small and just kept going because the work was there. There’s always some project being tinkered with on the benches. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we're ordering parts or doing the bills. Mostly we’re out on the floor or visiting a site where something broke down. It’s a lot of problem-solving. Sometimes it takes all day to find a short circuit, and other times it’s an easy fix. We don’t make big promises. We just look at the machine or the panel and try to get it running again. Bapu Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s easy for people to drop things off. We just take pride in the fact that we can fix things that other people might just throw away.
