We do metal rolling and various engineering tasks. It’s a practical kind of business. We spend most of our time in the workshop dealing with the rollers and the steel. It’s not a very clean environment, as there is oil and metal shavings around, but that’s how engineering goes. We’ve been at this Balaji Nagar spot for a while now. The space is filled with equipment and materials for the jobs we have going on. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the work gets done and the machines don't break down. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, which makes the work even tougher, but we just get on with it. We’ve built a steady rhythm here over the years and we just keep doing what we know best with the tools we have.
