Sandeep Dewller Private Limited is based in a small place called Gram Sangrampur. Specifically, we are in the Musharniya area of Sonbarsa, which falls under the Sitamarhi district in Bihar. This is our permanent address and it’s where we’ve always been. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but we like it that way. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. Our workspace is simple and fits the needs of our local operations. Most of us here grew up in this district, so we know the people and the land very well. The roads can be a bit of a challenge during the monsoon season, but we still manage to keep things running. We don’t spend time on big speeches or marketing plans. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the business stays stable. Being a private limited company means we have to keep a lot of records, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But we stay on top of it. People in Sonbarsa know who we are. We don’t need a big advertising board. We just want to do our work and support our families. It’s a quiet life here in Bihar, and we are proud to run our business from our home village. We take things as they come and try to be fair with everyone we deal with.
