Our shop is right in the heart of the Main Market in Samartha Nagar. It is a very busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Sanwad Talecom Tour Travel Company started small, just doing phone recharges and selling SIM cards. Over time, people started asking us about bus tickets and car rentals, so we added the travel part too. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside the shop with all the posters and the small counter we have. There is always someone coming in with a phone problem or wanting to book a trip to see their family. We don't have a fancy booking system; we just use the computer and make a few phone calls to get things sorted for our customers. My cousin helps out during the rush hours because it gets hard to handle the travel bookings and the telecom customers at the same time. The market is loud, with music playing and vendors shouting, but we like the energy of it. We aren't a big travel agency with a glossy office and brochures. We are just a local shop where you can get your phone fixed and plan a trip at the same time. It is practical and it serves the people living around here who need things done quickly without any fuss.
