We’ve been running things out of Sudam Nagar for a while now. Most people around this part of Nagpur know the 30/D building where we handle the daily grind. It’s not just here, though; we have our Tathawade side in Pune that stays busy too. The office is usually a bit chaotic with papers and people checking on deliveries. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just a few desks and some good people who know how to get things moved. Traffic in Maharashtra can be a real headache, especially when we’re trying to stay on schedule, but we manage. My team spends most of the day on the phone or tracking where the trucks are. It’s a lot of coordination. We handle a variety of goods, basically whatever needs to go from point A to point B. It’s honest work, even if it gets stressful when things get delayed. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some of our drivers have been with us for a long time and they know the shortcuts better than any map. We don't bother with those big corporate slogans you see on TV. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If a customer walks in, they talk to a real person, not a machine. That’s just how we do things here in Nagpur. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
