We’ve been sitting here at our spot on Punapur Road in Nagpur for a while now. Sadguru Peb Works Private Limited isn't some fancy high-rise office with glass walls. It’s a practical workspace at 3/A Bhawani Nagar where we deal with steel and structures every single day. The heat in Nagpur gets pretty intense, especially in the afternoons, but the work doesn't stop. Most days you’ll find us surrounded by drawings and metal sheets. Our neighbors know us well by now because of the trucks coming in and out of the yard. It’s a busy part of town and getting stuff delivered through the local traffic is always a bit of an adventure. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of steel. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by seeing the sign when they drive toward Bhawani Nagar. The office inside is a bit cramped with files stacked up on every available surface, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and figuring out how to make these pre-engineered buildings actually fit where they’re supposed to go. It’s messy work sometimes, and our shoes are always a bit dusty from the road outside. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get the jobs done so we can go home. That’s the whole story.
