Sadat City

Sadat City is based out of Prasad Nagar on Jayatala Road in Nagpur. We have been looking at land and property in this area for a while. Nagpur is expanding quite a bit towards the outskirts, and Jayatala is one of those places that feels different every few months. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about plots or houses. Real estate can be a headache with all the paperwork and the different rules the state puts out, so we spend a lot of time just reading through documents. We are a small group of people who know the local area well. We aren't some big multinational firm. We just know which roads are getting paved and where the water lines are going in. People come to us because they want to know what is actually happening on the ground, not what is written in a brochure. Sometimes things move slow with the land records, and we have to be patient. We tell it like it is. If a piece of land has an issue, we say it. It is better than having problems later on. Mostly, we just spend our days taking people out to see sites and then coming back to the office to finish the day's notes. Maharastra state is big, but we stay focused on our little corner.
