Our office is called Prabha Niwas and it sits on Jail Road in Nagpur. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main markets, which we appreciate. The building is more like a house that’s been used for work purposes for a long time. There is a small gate at the front and a bit of a garden area that’s mostly just grass and a few pots that need watering. Inside, the rooms are quite high-ceilinged, which helps keep things cool when the Nagpur heat starts to pick up in April and May. We have our main working area in the front room. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and some old wooden tables. We don’t really do any fancy marketing or have a big flashy sign out front. Most people who come here have known us for years and know exactly where to go. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits unless there’s a specific reason to. We take our breaks in the back where there’s a small kitchen area for making tea and snacks. Sometimes we hear the sirens from the nearby road, but otherwise, it’s a fairly peaceful spot to get through the day's tasks. We’ve kept things the same for a long time because it works for us and our visitors. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up every morning, do the work, and then head home when the sun goes down.
